- Remove the cause, give alternate drugs
- Gingivectomy /gingivoplasty
- Electrocautery
- Surgical excision of enlarged tissues
- Laser
Dentigerous cyst in right maxilla
A male of 25 years old, came with presenting complain of swelling at right maxillary region. After aspiration, straw color fluid appears. That suspect cyst and after enucletion, it was diagnosed as dentigerous cyst on histopathological examination.
Usullay dentigerous cyst is most commonly found in mandibular third molar region and it is associated with unerupted tooth.
But this is the rare case in which dentigerous cyst is present in right maxillary canine region along with unerupted tooth.
